Campaign and mp freezing. xbox one

I literally can not play this game on campaign and i can barely make it through a mp match without the game freezing, loud buzz through speakers and getting kicked back to xbox home screen. aftermath (campaign level) won't load just freezes/crashes after
"the way forward" cinematic. mp freezes and crashes every match. I've tried hard reset, uninstalling and re-installing three times today. this is a digital download version on xbox one. anyone have details or suggestions before i call for a refund or make
microsoft send me a disc version?

campaign was not bad but felt short seeing as i only bought last wednesday and finished monday night, there is MP but at the time it was down for me

Yup...I'm getting the same thing! Also MP game freezing on maps Detroit, Terrace, and Solar! Campaign freezes on the same spot! I just called Microsoft support...they are refunding my paypal account! Oh well...maybe next year the COD will be better. Assassins

it seems like microsoft just like to brake our ball one one or another and we pay them to do every year how much is it going to cost me a month to be able to (when i have issues) to talk to someone the first time without being transfered 3-4 times and still

I have this same issue. I crash only on certain mp maps (Terrace is one that I remember). I have called and talked to support and they say it is a server issue. I highly doubt this is accurate because I have two Xbox Ones sitting right beside each other
and only one crashes. When this crash occurs we are in a party and I always crash about 5 seconds into Terrace while the other Xbox One is running the game smoothly. I have uninstalled and redownloaded three times now with no fix. Very frustrating! I tried
explaining my case to support but was being interrupted and repeatedly told that it is a server issue. Pretty disappointed in Xbox right now.

 

I've re-installed it 3 times all ready...and same problem in the campaign, same spot.

and random freezing while on multilayer...i thinks its all Digital copies though i am not 100%

 

I can almost guarantee you it is with the digital copies and more than likely with the digital copies that were downloaded close to launch. I just wish they would refund me my money so I could go buy the actual disc at this point. I buy the game to take
advantage of double xp and don't even get to play because of technical issues and then when I call support they don't even listen to what I have to say. Absolute joke in my opinion. I'm regretting going with X1 instead of PS4 right now.

 

I have the disc and have the same issues. Loud buzzing while frozen and then kicked. Running 2 xboxs and only one does that. It happens on terrace all the time. If you find a solution let me know!

 

I played a little the other night (mp) and had no problems with freezing. I still can not advance in the campaign...still freezes and boots me to home screen when trying to load aftermath mission.

 

UPDATE!! I just got off the phone with xbox support. After trying everything, 4 re-installs, hard resets, system cache clearing, they ended up refunding my digital purchase...and also took away my access to the game. which is fine...i couldn't play the game
anyway. lol.

 

I was having the same issue. Froze on Aftermath and some multiplayer maps 1st time. The 2nd it froze at a later mission and no souond in multi. Third time was the charm. The last time I DLd it, I did NOT play the game while it was DLing. . . . All other
times I tried to play through the single player while it was still installing. I'm guessing that was the issue.

 

Mine gets frozen too... Always multiplayer hasn't froze on single player yet

 

I preloaded my version the day after it was available for preload and so far so good ive not had any problems yet, were any of you unlucky enough to have to redownload the game on launch by any chance?
