    Well you can only take a pic of a pic so I don't think there would be any violation since it is for no personal gain.

    I have a pic of a pic and have never had any problem - you can't read the text on it but you can kinda make out the picture.

    Generally camera controllers are something that's game specific and are controlled different based on the game you're playing. It's best to look in the options menu for any camera controls.
