    Camera not showing for Twitch


    Trying to stream to Twitch but camera isn't showing.

    Camera lights up and is detected but when going to preview or checking the live stream no camera is showing.

    Worked perfectly fine previously (been using it frequently for months) but suddenly stopped

    Using Lenovo 500 FHD camera

    Xbox series x (software all up to date)

    Fully powered off and disconnected from power

    Tried multiple usb ports and a different USBC cable to connect

    Any ideas?

    Hi Jason,

    Please can you follow these steps?

    To live stream with a webcam:

    Plug your USB webcam into your Xbox.
    Allow your camera to be used for live streaming if you haven't already:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to System & profile > Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox privacy > View details & customise > Communication & multiplayer and make sure that you can use video for communications.
    In the guide, go to Capture & share > Live streaming > Camera options and check that your camera is set to On.
    Open a live streaming provider app and follow the instructions for streaming.
    Start your live stream.

    Note To live stream microphone audio as well, you'll need to use a headset.

    Hello, no new webcam or refund would be given!!! When you try to use the camera what happens? Does any error codes show up?
    The twitch app cant find the kinect anymore it happend after some update i did and they [mod removed] should refund or fix this cause its [mod removed] the setting on twitch says no camera and i cant select it at all (greyed out)

    Webcam not connecting

    I have the same issue. My camera was working last night on stream through twitch, but today it says “camera not plugged in” I have tried all 3 usb ports on my Xbox one.
