    Camera Angle Bug/Glitch With Backward Compatibility


    I've been experiencing a very frustrating bug when playing backward compatible games. While playing these games, the camera angle pans upwards as though the right joystick is being pushed forward when in fact I don't touch the right stick at all. The only working "fix" is for me to hold the right joystick in place while playing the game but if I ease up on it even slightly, the camera will just pan upwards once more. I have contacted Xbox Specialists and have gone through seemingly every troubleshooting process from local 360 clearing, to offline system updates, trying difference accounts, and even deleting and reinstalling the games all together. This is confusing because the "bug" has occurred on 3/4 backward compatible games I've tried. The only game that didn't suffer from this bug was Assassins Creed Black Flag. But the other games: GTA San Andreas, Batman Return To Arkham Asylum, & COD MW2 all experienced the camera bug. I reported this within the Hub app as well but I just wanted to post it to the reddit as well, simply for direct feedback. I captured a very brief example of it on my smartphone for reference & shared it with a specialist. It was thought to possibly be a controller deficiency though I am unable to prove this to be true as I do not have a spare controller, just the one I have. Also, I don't believe it to be simply because I have no troubles with any Xbox One games, only the backward compatible ones. Thank you in advance for reading my post.     Your not the only one having problems with backward compatibility on using the disc. I was able to download it with no problem. The problem I'm having with it is it starts to search for downloadable content on a continuous loop of searching for downloadable
    content. I think the backward compatibility download may have a bug or glitch in the software.

    I play lego marvel superheroes with my brother (co-op) and at time split-screen can be very annoying. Im not sure why it is grayed out but i hope they fix this soon.

    Same here..I liked the Metal Gear stuff.They seem to be going towards a more western style gameplay.hopefully moving away from the awkward control schemes and backward camera angles Japanese devs are known for.

    The fixed camera angle? That's pretty much stuck like that, unless your on the PC version. There's a couple of mods to change the camera angle. They added a zoom though, if that makes a differnece.
