cambio gamertag xbox one [Translation - Xbox one gamertag change]

ho cambiato recentemente gamertag su Xbox one, al cambio tutto normale quando all'improvviso ho voluto giocare ad un gioco 360 retrocompatibile e non mi fa scaricare il profilo nuovo con xbox live anzi mi da sempre il mio vecchio profilo con la gamertag
precedente, quando provo ad inserire tutte le credenziali mi dice che la password è corta ma in realt io l'ho inserito correttamente.. qualcuno sa dirmi come risolvere ? premetto che ho anche cambiato password ma da lo stesso problema forse devo aspettare
che la gamertag si aggiorni anche su 360 ? Qualcuno mi aiuti....!!!
