Hola yo tengo el mismo problema, resulta que hace 2 o 3 años al iniciar sesión en xbox live obtuve un código de error por el cual se me pidió borrar mi perfil y volver a descargarlo, lo hice y a partir de ese momento el idioma de los logros cambio a ingles
(antiguamente lo tenia en español).

La cosa no termina ahí, sino que los logros de algunos juegos como enchanted arms y blue dragon aparecen en japones o chino vaya uno a saber cual.

En la actualidad los nuevos logros que obtengo aparecen en español, si por algún motivo borro mi perfil o lo muevo a otra consola estos logros en español nuevamente se cambian a ingles.

Y prácticamente tengo una mezcla de idiomas en los logros, es muy molesto que algo tan simple aun no pueda resolverlo microsoft porque ya lleva mas de 6 años este problema, muchos usuarios se han quejado del asunto esperando que en cada actualización nueva
se resuelva sin embargo parece que a microsoft no le importa o no esta enterado.

Sugiero que todos los que tengan el mismo problema expongan aquí su situación y si alguien logra resolverlo ayude a explicar como lo hizo ya que al parecer este problema tan simple que es mera cuestión de regiones no se ha resuelto en 6 años.

Cabe aclarar que la pagina para cambiar la región de la cuenta xbox live tampoco funciona por si a alguien se le ocurre esa idea créanme que ya lo intente.

La solución es tan sencilla como agregar un menú para elegir idioma de interfaz y logros o algo así y ya esta, espero que microsoft se preocupe mas por estos detalles que solo vender y hacer dinero.

Es verdad que hay que unirse, porque esto dificulta la experiencia de usuario, como lo explico ahí, solo España es la región que esta correctamente localizada con el idioma de logros, y este sitio se supone que esta diseñado para escuchar estos problemas.

If you haven't already, we suggest you try rolling back that last updateby
doing the following:

1. Clear the system cache. To do this, see the "Clear the system cache"
   section above.
   
2. Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
   
   1. Press the Guidebutton on your controller.
      
   2. Go to settingsand select
      System.
      
   3. Select Storage.
      
   4. Enter the following button sequence:X,LB,RB,
      X, LB,
      RB,X.
      
   5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand your having display language issues with your console. Have you tried removing and recovering your profile again? You may also want to consider a restore to factory defaults
I recommend the "Keep My Games & Apps" option.
