    Hello,

    On June 4, 2023 my girlfriend was trying to load her last save data on Callistol protocol which was on 2/5/23 however the last save she can upload is on 1/5/23???? Which is basically like her being in chapter 8 and now starting back to chapter 5

    I do know there was an update that updated couple weeks ago not sure it that has something to do with it?

    We both played the game from our different accounts. This issue has never happened before. My save data is up to date from when I last played however her data isn’t. I was wondering how could I resolve this issue. Please let me know.

    SAVED DATA NOT LOADING

    sign out of your profile , then right back in , if that doesn't work , try this below.....

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    Edge on Xbox One broken again....

    If that's where you 'manage app' and delete all saved data or clearing the browser history, no dice.

    It keeps telling me some data couldn't be cleared when trying to delete cookie and saved website data.

    After clearing everything it will load and/or try to load a page briefly but then ultimately redirects....
