    Does Xbox have a support line you can call? I submitted a refund request almost 48 hours ago. I bought a game on the 27th I believe. The game has done nothing but freeze up and crash. I asked for a refund. And I've still yet to get an answer. I just want
    the MS points put back into my account.

    That's all I ask. This is should not be a long drawn out process. With other gaming companies (who I will not name) if I have an issue, I call them. And I get an answer. 10 mins tops. This is not the first time I've had an issue and support took it's sweet
    old time. The last billing issue I had, they never even bothered to email me back. So is there a number I can call to get this resolved?

    You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but you will mist likely still need to wait for a response from the refund specialists. If you don't receive a response after 72 hours, you would need to reply to the confirmation email
    you received when you submitted the refund.

    Have you checked your junk/spam folder in case you havent received it yet?

    Phone support can be different per region.

    Certain regions will have the by others mentioned call back option, while other regions still have a phone number to call.

    If you use the following link, it will either show the phone contact details, like opening hours and numbers, or it will show the option to request a callback.
