    Caller stuck on last number


    Gee not just connection issues again but the caller getting stuck on the last number........we go thru the process and reap absolutely no rewards of the coverall and again lose our coins and tickets and power ups in the process, Is anyone reading
    these posts to help solve the issue at hand?

    please help me my xbox one is frozen on the last update can't do anything talk to live they said contact insider program no phone number no way to use my one. Please help. Error code 100 stuck on last line 33% never had an issue before this

    i ordered mine on the 20th of october in store think i was lucky as i was number 5 on the list. got the call at 10 last night.

    Got in trouble for modding?

    That caller is a prank caller. He might be your "friend" or someone somehow got your cellphone number and prank called it saying you were going to be banned.

    Like mentioned, you would be notified on the Xbox Console with a message popping up saying you were suspended, that is the only way.

    This is a legit Microsoft call back number, but please know that your caller ID is not a reliable way to know whether someone is a scammer or not. As caller ID can be spoofed. However your report is consistent with my experience with Microsoft support, so I would say it’s a legitimate callback, especially when it happened within seconds.
