Called xbox today to file a complaint against a player

Look I called today and they said I had to come on the forms I do not play xbox one but here is it last night my husband who does a guy came in the party I just got out of the hospital from major surgery and some guy threaten to drive to our home and hit
me with a hammer. Now I do not play and have nothing to do with this. He was mad at my husband who he also threaten physically this isnot the gamer tag this is an old one from 360. my husbands gamers tag is
[Mod Removed] this was last night. This guy is an excon and danngerous and to threat me who does not even play the games I play on FB not even xbox nor have never spoke to the person he is a danger to your community . I am also considering
reporting him the police department that is how threating he is his gamers tag is [Mod Removed] I want this reported and I want him and his system banned people cannot go around making threats to people to hurt and maim people and then also
to threaten someone not even involved in the game neverwinter ect. I just spent a week in the hospital and don't need the stress of having to worry about myself and safety because of a mentally ill player you allow to be on here I can only think how he
must talk to and intimidate young players to get what he wants from them and even women who play on xbox.

File a complaint against a gamer

Hey Grand, please do not name and shame other Gamertags, as it's against the forums CoC. You will need to file a complaint against that user through the console. To do so, take a look at the steps listed
here.

 

The only way to report someone is via your console,or your husbands in this case
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

Support should not of told you to post here & you can't call out gamertags.

I would also contact your local police if he is threatening real violence on you.
