    UNLIKE everyone else in this world i called XBOX support BECAUSE IT WAS THAT EASY. Simply explained to me they are rolling the update out to so many Consoles at a time over the next few days.

    I update my xbox 360 and now it wont let me on xbox live I called xbox live after the update told them and they said that someone will called with in 24 to 48 hours and now its the 3rd day and no calls I think xbox live dont care about us and dont wont to
    fix our xbox 360.

    "Your console is connected to the internet but cannot connect to xbox live"

    I called xbox and verizon again today....

    xbox acknowledged the problem, but put it all on Verizon. They didn't have any update because they said it is Verizon's problem and they had to fix it.

    Verizon knew NOTHING about it.....

    Reset the xbox and clear you mac mac for a bit. Contact technical support while you do this. So, they can help you!

    If the kinect is asking about an update, its referring to a system update. If its talking about something yes, you might want to call support.
