    You would request via the Xbox Support page https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    What issue are you looking to contact support with? Maybe an Xbox Ambassador or someone from the community forum can help you if you provide a little information :)

    Hi again, the click to call feature does sometimes get disabled due to high call volume I believe, or the feature may just not be available for your locale.
