    Call wait times / misleading pages.


    2 hrs wait time, this is absurd. How is this even a thing?

    Xbox purchase page up and allowing for xbox to be added to cart while they are out of stock? Then giving an error instructing to try again in a little bit?

    The level of incompetence necessary to make so many glaring blunders that not on waste HUGE amounts of time of your users but also your phone reps.

    Someone needs to be held accountable for colossal blunders like this.

    Soon as the product was not available an out of stock page should have replaced the purchase page, even your automated phone messages were not updated to inform those calling for assistance with errors. What a circus, I expect better from even FAR smaller companies.

    Who ever managed this needs to be replaced. Half a days work in preparation could have stopped most of this nonsense.

    Inexcusable, absolutely inexcusable.
