    Call of Juarez: Gunslinger Can't Be Purchased


    I have tried to raise this issue to the Xbox Support team on Twitter, who don't respond to messages you send them, and I also got in touch with a chat support agent, who thought the issue was my payment options weren't set up right.

    The Xbox One Backwards compatible title, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, cannot be purchased, either through the Xbox Store on the Xbox One, or via the Xbox Marketplace via the Xbox website.

    If you try to purchase it through the Xbox One store, you get a message that it's not available in the region.

    If you try to purchase it through the online marketplace...well, click on this link and
    see what the option is. Nothing.

    I have accessed the Xbox Marketplace website through two different computers, various browsers and mobile devices. I'm not sure what the issue is as this game is listed here as
    available in North America as part of Xbox One backwards compatibility.

    Has anyone seen anything posted from Microsoft about why this game can't be purchased?

    Not all 360 games are available for purchase digitally. That game is just not available through the marketplace. You'd have to purchase it on disc.

    This is an Arcade title. You can't purchase it on disc. Did you try pulling up the link I provided to see how it has no options? This is clearly some kind of glitch on Microsoft's end. I have tried every available platform to bring this to Microsoft's attention.
    All I want to do is give them my money.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, Call Of Juarez have been delisted from Microsoft Marketplace in March 2018. That means it cannot be purchased anymore.

    I think you should have enough time to buy Call Of Juarez earlier.
