    Hello There - Please Help!

    For the last few days I have been attempting to install COD MW 2019. Good news managed to install the game and after a prolonged download of warzone it had finally been completed! Spent a whole day reinstalling it!

    However, When attempting to select campaign is says Data Pack 1 DLC missing along with multiplayer and special ops - had a look elsewhere and noticed this seems to be an ongoing problem ever since Warzone released. They seem to get deleted when this game/section
    downloads. Also find this resolved easily on PS and not Xbox. It is the second time I have reinstalled the game to no avail when trying to launch anything from the menu.

    How do I get this resolved? Do I need log into xbox one live and get a subscription for the DLC packs to appear if so would I need to pay for them despite purchasing the game? Usually I play campaign first and then go to multiplayer or special ops.

    Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Make sure you have all three of the following loaded. If you have the same experience I had you won't see these packs as options in the Microsoft store via your Xbox, and to make matters worse, if you visit the Microsoft Store on your PC and go to the
    Modern Warfare page you won't see them there either. These links take you directly to the packs. You remote load them by clicking on a button on the web pages so make sure you are logged into your Microsoft account first. I hope this fixes your issue.

    Can't install multiplayer pack 1 for COD MW 2019

    Hi @anbuj001

    You get the "Oops.not sure what happened here. Please try again later." when you try and install the multiplayer pack from within the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game. This is the error I was getting. If you close the window you will see the dreaded PILUM error code!

    So as per my post, you need to navigate to the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game in the Xbox game store, choose the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Digital S..." edition and then scroll down to the "In This Bundle" portion.

    Then choose the multiplayer pack for Call of Duty Modern Warfare and install that.

    The reason for the error is because Call of Duty Warzone versions have been updated, but the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game multiplayer included version link has not, hence the error you get.
