Call of duty

I cannot connect to any call of duty server. I have great internet and Xbox membership, I am prompted with an alphabet error code on every single one of the games. I believe something is wrong with my account but Xbox says they can't fix it. Activision
has the worst support lines I've ever had to go through and I still can't get a hold of them. The only issue I can see with anything on my end is that I have 100% packet loss but I'm not to sure what that means. I can still play other games like GTA 5 with
no issues. I really need help please.

My nat type is open, great internet speed. The servers are fine for Xbox and call of duty. It just won't let my profile on. The error code i am getting on BO4 is ABC-EFGHIJKLM---QRS-U

also when I try to download my Xbox 360 profile or won't connect to the internet. The only issue I can see is the packet loss but again I don't know if that actually effects anything. I have went through every method to fix my issue provided on the Xbox
support site and every issue I could find in the community but nothing will work. I called Xbox and the lady just made stuff up not actually trying to understand the bizzarness of my issue.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues playing on Black Ops 4.

Now, I wasn't able to find anything really on that letter code in Activision myself, but high packet loss is definitely something that could cause problems playing. Put simply, packet loss means the amount of signal that is lost between your modem and the
console. We have a guide with instructions on how to deal with that here on ”I get an error message
when I run the ‘Test multiplayer connection’ on Xbox One".

If you haven't already, I would say to give those steps a shot and let us know if that helped resolve the issue
