Call of Duty WWII pre-order does not work

I have downloaded and it shows installed. I launch it and it says "your to early" and it redirects me back to the store.

I have restarted and logged back in. Same thing. It takes me in a loop from "Play" to "your to early" to the store.

Please fix or refund my money.

If you digitally preordered the game you do not need a code to play the beta. You just need to download the beta separately from the store by searching for call of duty beta.

 

All you need to do is to got to the Xbox store and search for "Private Beta"

Basically, search for Call of Duty®: WWII in the xbox store, you should be able to see the beta download.

If you don't see it, make sure you are signed into the account that purchased the preorder. Also make sure you are downloading the beta version.
