Call of Duty WWII Keeps Crashing

I purchased Call of Duty WWII though the xbox online store. The game performed well until the "Stronghold" campaign stage. The game keeps crashing at various points, sometimes at the very start of the stage.

I followed a few troubleshooting steps I found on the website:

1) Checking for sufficient space. I don't have alot of games on my console (just 3 at the time of installation with 33.1% used space at the time time of installation) I tried to uninstall one of the other games to see if it would work, but no luck there.

2) Checking if your console is updated. I did that, did not work.

3) Rebooting your console. I did that, did not work.

4) I uninstalled the game, and then reinstalled it again. This also did not work.

5) My other games are working well on my console, its just this game.

Since the game is not working as it should, I have uninstalled it from my console, but would like some help to rectify this issue.

Just like the most recent Call of Duty games, this year's Call of Duty: WWII will offer microtransactions. Activision will offer "Call of Duty Points" for players to buy with
real money, and these will come to Call of Duty: WWII on November 21.

This is later than previously announced. Activision said it delayed the launch of microtransactions in Call of Duty: WWII so it could fix the launch
issues first. That's a commendable action, given that delaying the microtransaction system means a delay in the revenue Activision will receive from them.

Everyone who bought the Call of Duty: WWII digital edition gets an allotment of 1,100 Call of Duty Points that will unlock on November 21. We don't know exactly what you can buy with Call of Duty Points, but in last year's Call
of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you could spend Call of Duty Points on this like supply drops for multiplayer and Zombies crates.

Call of Duty Points will presumably be made available to buy in Call of Duty: WWII through the game's "Store" tab. Right now, it is populated only with the Call of Duty: WWII Season Pass, which includes four packs coming in 2018 that contain new content
for multiplayer, Zombies, and the new War mode.

How do I receive then redeem the bonuses advertised when I pre-purchased COD WWII digital deluxe version on 9/8/2017 for $99.00 from the Microsoft Store.

Have you tried to clear the cache from the console with the
power cycle system?

 

Yes I have, a few times. By disconnecting the power to the power to the console a few times too.

 

have you tried clearing your cache by holding down the powerbutton on your console for 10 seconds?
