    I would like to know if anyone else is having issues playing multiplayer? I have tried everything to play multiplayer but nothing seems to work. It was working a week ago but as of last wed I am still unable to add another user to have multiplayer battles.

    Hey Eric,

    Thank you for reaching out. If you haven't already, I'd like for you to try running a connection test by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button
      to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
    6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
      Test multiplayer connection
      .
    Once the test finishes, it will either say "it's all good" or give you an error message which we have troubleshooting for on our

    Multiplayer Error page.

    Sorry you seem to be having troubles getting your content have you tried going to the xbox store on your computer or mobile device and installing it from there, it should work that way if you have purchased the game also if you got a new Xbox make sure you
    have set your new Xbox as your home xbox you can do this five times a year. Another thing to check is if you are signed into the right gamertag, you must be signed into the account that you maid the purchase with so if you had another account and for some
    reason you bought the game or product on that account you will need to download that gamertag/account to your xbox to be able to download to your xbox. It should show up in your ready to install section but if not just go to the game store and install also
    some people have issues with digital downloads over seas sometimes it will help if you go in settings on your xbox and change the region you are at to the US during the download and then change it back to your specified region. The last thing I can think of
    before contacting xbox support @ @xboxsupport or at the website @ https://support.xbox.com/en-US/ is as dumb as it sounds is to delete your gamer profile off of your new console and restore or "download" your
    gamertag back onto your console, make sure you back up your system on a external drive if possible or just right on the xbox hard-drive just in case something goes wrong you wont lose all your account settings and what not. hope this helped solve or get closer
