Call of Duty: World at War

I loved CoD WaW, one of my favourite FPS multiplayer experiences of all time. Sadly towards the end of its lifetime, the game had been "hacked" and certain players were using exploits ranging from cosmetic (changing levels, stats and logos) to full blown
cheating making the game unplayable and non-competitive.

I was delighted when when it was finally announced as backwards compatible, and didn't hesitate to purchase digital downloads of the game and map packs. The product however, is broken, and cheaters are still ruining games and making the matchmaking experience
even less reliable

What is the mechanism for removing cheaters and exploiters from the game? I have filed complaints using the Xbox 360 menu but with no effect, as the same players keep appearing in games. Thanks to Game DVR, it is very easy to prove Who is cheating by travelling
outside maps, flying or utilising a "god mode"

I have tweeted XboxSupport about this issue for seven consecutive days and not received any response or acknowledgement. Hopefully the customer service here will not be as poor. It has only been out for one week, and I had hoped that it would have been fixed
in the intermediate 7 years.

Genki, if you are playing in multiplayer lobbies with friends get them to report the players too. Unfortunately as the game is not a mainstream title anymore due to age I would imagine it is not as effectively managed in terms of cheaters, hackers e.t.c
Continue to follow the reporting procedures though as this will help Xbox Support get these guys out the game.
