    Call of duty world at war black screen problem


    I got the game like two weeks ago and every time I go into the game and then solo it loads into a black screen. There is nothing i can do and have to restart the game to get back into the menu. This game was £20 and is not working. Many of my friends
    who play on xbox 360 and One have the exact same problem. I have factory restarted the console, deleted the game and tried again and I have even sent a refund request for this which was declined. Help.
