    call of duty wont sync data please help


    hello their people ive got a digital download of call of duty witch I paid for, haven't played for a while so I thort I give it ago... but all it dose is try to sync with a very slow % then it comes up with some error cant get sync data I'm not happy with
    this as ive paid for this game and now I cant play it, ive also tried deleting and reinstalling but not hope still the same someone please help many thanks

    Hi, I keep receiving this message after about an hour playing Call of Duty, 'We could not sync your data with the cloud right now, Try syncing again or use this game app offline. (0x83860012) any help will be great thanks!

    Hi there!

    Which Call of duty is it that you're having trouble with?

    Have you tried a hard reset on your console? To do so hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until the system completely shuts down and you can see the orange light on the power supply unit. Wait a minute or two and then power the console back on.

    ive tried what u told me but its still doing the same just keep saying unable to sync your data with the cloud just now, what do u reccon I should do next

    yeah ive done everything like save data console only, systems cashe, hold xbox for about 10 seconds ect the game works if I play on my other profile but not my main profile this is weird as I paid for it on my main profile
