Call of duty wont launch no error message

Its probably because the game isn't out yet. Game is not playable until 12:01 EST.

its not only on Call of Duty I tried to launch Witcher 3 & I got the same error code

None of our Call of Duty games connect to xbox live. We are able to sign in on the xbox and load the game and play on local play which is glitchy. We get an error message that says the Call of Duty server unavailable. And to check the Call of Duty website.
