Call of duty warzone not working completely

Call of Duty Warzone. My battlepass not working it stopped

This looks like it may be occurring in the game-and if it only occurring with Call of Duty, I am led to believe that it may be an in-game issue. Can you confirm if this is an error being given to you by the game itself or is this an error being given to you by the console.
