How many programs and apps are running in the background alongside the game.

If it the game has recently updated and any changes were applied there as well.

In that case, you could reinstall the game to test it out, my friend.

This looks like it may be occurring in the game-and if it only occurring with Call of Duty, I am led to believe that it may be an in-game issue. Can you confirm if this is an error being given to you by the game itself or is this an error being given to you by the console.
