    Call Of Duty: Vanguard-Cross Gen Bundle


    Hi,

    I Download Call of Duty Vanguard Cross Gen Bundle, but it won’t download. It shows that I own this, but when I go under manage its says check back in a little bit we’re having trouble getting your stuff right now. I have waited 24hrs and still no change. I have checked the connection to my Internet and everything checks out fine. nor do i have updates. i don't know what else i can do to trouble shoot and get it to download and work. Does not show under purchases, but did deducted amount from my account. can anyone help with this?

    May I know what does appear when you try to purchase the Vanguard cross-gen bundle with Microsoft balance, or the option to purchase the game doesn't appear?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try to install the game from your order history.

    To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

    Select Order history to view your purchases.

    Once you're there, please click the game, you will be redirected to Microsoft Store App then please click install from there.

    Call of Duty Black ops Upgrade to X/S

    From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

    From the Store page:

    "For digital owners of the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Standard Edition, this upgrade will unlock the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle, giving access to the Xbox Series X|S version of the game. After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."
