Call of Duty: Vanguard controller problem

I have a problem with my controller when im playing cod vanguard. It just happens when im playing cod vanguard. My controller disconnects randomly during the match and its happening almost every single matches. Don't get me wrong it doesn't shut itself off. i still can hear my game and my party chat but the controller locks itself and i can't even use the xbox menu. To fix this i tried to reinstall the game twice and i did a factory reset (and i tried to update the controller but there isn't any updates.)I searched the internet and didn't find anyone experiencing this. I need a solution please help im playing this on xbox series s console.(Sorry for bad english btw)

Ok, try this first:

First, clean the cache of your console that way:

1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Note: It may take a while for it to turn on, don't worry, it's normal.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

***IMPORTANT*** If you share accounts with someone, you will have to redo the process of placing the account as the main one again, be aware of the chances you still have to do this, as Microsoft makes available per year, only 5 chances so you can make some account your console's main account.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console Information >

3. Select Reset console > Restore and keep my games and apps.

4. When asked to pull settings from an old Xbox, choose no, thanks

5. You will have to log in to your accounts again, and when you sign in with your account, make sure you turn it has your home console also, that's it.

NOTE: Rest assured, you won't lose games or saves

If that doesn't work, try to reinstall the game.

Same problem here. Im on series X. It seems to be a controller issue with that particular game. I used a xbox one x controller and it worked perfect. Its been doing this to me since day one of Vanguard. But it doesnt do it on other games. Hope you get it fixed! I know how aggravating it is.

I have the same problem. Its been months and call of duty has still not fixed the issue. The problem is having a wired headset connected to your controller. This is a glitch which COD has to fix. Nothing is wrong with the console. When you navigate the game menu disconnect your headset and it will work fine and wont disconnect. If it does disconnect in game or anything, just disconnect your headset for 5 seconds and it will reconnect.

hi there i buy today the call of duty vengard l tried to play the game but the game crash l can't play the game l tried to do restoring the console but nothing wha is the problem l have the new xbox series x
