Call of Duty Update stops before fully installing

Thanks for looking, I also saw that unfortunately that is not the issue that I am having. The troubleshooting there says that it is my internet connection when that is not the case, the game will stop downloading and not continue downloading once it reaches
a certain point.

Yeah that was my issue also! It would stop at the same percentage and not install any further. Microsoft support was no help with this issue as they said it was an internet issue when I had 200+ mbps and could download other games or apps just not Call
of Duty. I was waiting to do an online chat with Infinity Ward support but during the wait (~170 people in queue) the game just started to download again after 4+ hours of my Xbox being on. So I'm not sure what happened that let it finish installing but the
issue fixed itself, very frustrating. Good luck.

Was your update stopping and starting randomly before that ? because mine was doing so and still is but now I'm stuck at 18.5% where its decided to stop and I'm now dealing with the same problem.
