    call of duty sniper series sounds like a good idea.anyone agree.It would be a great idea to have an array of different sniper guns old and new to go head to head on maps designed for sniping.Quick scoping,no scoping,poke scoping.the works.sounds cool fun.

    Ive played sniper elite 1 and 2,cool game.I think a cod version would be better(multiplayer focused).

    Now that you mention it you might be right due to the multiplayer focus. Never played Sniper elite 3 or 4 multiplayer other then private matches so the player base might not be there. Also I would recommend going to the official Activision/call of duty forums
    and requesting it there. Odds are a whole game may not be issued but you might be able to get support for a snipers only playlist. I remember being new to the xbox forums between COD 4 and W@W and seeing someone posting of dogs as a kill streak reward. Most
    people thought it was stupid but it made it into the game. Never was sure if it was dev in disguise or an actual community idea.

    Crossing my fingers after playing MW2 yesterday for the first time in a year

    I don't understand the complaints about quick scoping. It's not like the sniper rifles are any better than the dozen of easy-to-use automatics in these newer Call of Duty games. The series was founded on the ability to quickscope and every IW Call of Duty
    hasn't done anything to make it harder. I still stand with the statement that if one cannot quickscope, then the sniper rifles will be completely useless. They have already been useless enough since CoD4 came out. I kinda hope that they make the hit detection
    with quick scoping much more consistent that it was in the past few Call of Duty games so that sniper rifles can actually be competitive with SMGs and ARs.

    EASY fix to NO SCOPING

    as long as there are sniper rifles in a call of duty game, there will be quickscopers. the only way to get rid of quickscopers is to get rid of the sniper rifles
