    Call of duty pre order content not linked to xbox account


    Hi

    I got th e pre order content "Bullethawk Personalization pack" from my pre order I redeemed the code but its not linked to my xbox account so I can't download it from my xbox one.

    can someone help me with it or knows why this is and what I can do about it?

    If you visit the store and search for Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Order Bonus Pack, are you able to download the content? That should be how you access the pre-order content for Advanced Warfare as the description for the Black Ops 3 pre-order describes.
