i recently purchased cod points for black ops 3 and it went through but an error message popped up and i never received the points after a few hours now.

I have purchased the Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 Revoloution map pack and have not yet received my 400 microsoft points offered to me by xbox live rewards.

read on activision's site there was a problem, and it was resolved but not for me yet.

Not resolved here either. Master of fact my whole account is messed up. I have 2 different gold I have paid for that are overlapped. So pretty much I have paid double for the Xbox gold service. . That's pretty nice of them to charge me twice for a service
that is not working

Activision have confirmed that any outstanding COD Points purchases during their service interruption should now see their COD Points balances updated in game. If you do not see your purchase in game, you will need to restart your console.

TehGreenie, its not as simple as that. I have tried that and did not work. It has not worked for hundreds of people from what Ive read on activisions forums. I find it funny this happen during the weekend they went half off the COD points. Sounds like
a glitch on their side or on Xbox side. And Ive gotten the run around from both blaming the other. While I'm out $40 with nothing to show for it. Im sure it will be completely resolved after the half off price this weekend and the entire reason why I bought
the points in the first place is just down the toilet.

Hi TheChosenElite1!

Thanks for posting! For pre-ordering Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you will have access to a 1,000 Call of Duty points, which you can download following the steps below:

From the Home Screen, navigate to Store and then select Games.
Select Search games store.
Search for Infinite Warfare.
Locate and select Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare CP Incentive.
Select Download.
Re-launch Call of Duty: Black Ops III after the download is complete. Your points have been added to your account.

As stated in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's description, you will receive 1,000 Call of Duty points instead of Crypto Keys.

Let us know if you're able to download that!
