    i already own and xbox one s with a disc copy of call of duty modern warfare. i have a 2015 imac and want to put COD on there also so we can play at the same time.

    I am going to use bootcamp for mac to get windows 10 on the imac. 2 questions.........

    1)do i need to purchase an additional copy of COD?

    2)do i need an additional xbox live subsription? if so.....gold or silver?

    The Xbox One disc will not work on your PC. Even if you install Windows 10 via Bootcamp, the Xbox disc won't be recognized. Not even on "real" Windows 10 PCs.

    So to answer your questions:

    1.) You would need to buy an actual PC version of Call of Duty.

    As for Multiplayer: Only the crossplay enabled multiplayer modes will work. You can't play campaign, ranked multiplayer or tournaments.

    2.) On the PC you do NOT need a Xbox Live subscription. But the person playing on the Xbox One S would STILL need Xbox Live (or have an Xbox Live owning Account set that console as their Home Console).

    If you own the Xbox disc of Modern Warfare you would not be able to play the same content such as campaign and multiplayer on PC, without purchasing it on PC. Modern Warfare Warzone however is free to play and you can download and still play crossplay
    on PC.

    you would also need to purchase cod from battlenet, or get warzone part of the game from battlenet (about 100GB).

    All older cods are available from steam also.

    I personally don't think it's wrong, that Call of Duty Elite Members get it first on the 24th. As the Call of Duty elite members pay a subscription fee so it's only right that they get the DLC before everyone else. But I do think all the consoles and PC
    should get it at the same time instead of all different times.

    I don't think it's wrong, Call of Duty elite members pay a subscription fee so it's only right that they get the DLC before everyone else. Same thing with Xbox Live, we still get Call of Duty DLC before the PS3 and PC.
