    Hello,

    I've been trying to download Call of Duty MW2 but when I go to install it, it came up with 'the item you are trying to install is corrupt' and ive gone to manage games and add-ons and the main game is apparently 0.0 MB

    Please help me with this

    (P.s I don't really want to reset my console just in case I have to restart everything again)

    Delete the game and reinstall. Once files are corrupt nothing you can really do about it. If its a game reinstall game. If its a save file then its gone forever.

    Hey there

    With issues like these, I would suggest to preform a Soft Factory Rest by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data that can cause this issue without deleting your games or apps.
    To Reset your console, Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.
    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes!

    It hasn't worked, I tried to reset and it said game was corrupt, also I forgot to mention, every time I go into my games and apps, on my installed apps, it's there
