    Call of Duty MW2 Vault Edition problems


    Purchased Call of Duty Vault Edition but my Xbox is showing that I have the regular version? I have the billing receipt that clearly shows I paid the 110 dollars for vault edition, why is it doing this? Essentially I paid an extra 40 dollars for a standard version game. How can I fix this? I’ve had no luck

    Just to confirm,

    For this please go to your Microsoft account order history
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Once there, make sure to change the "3 months" filter and use instead "All available" next to "Ordered within"
    Then start looking each item purchased with your account and see if you're able to find the vault edition with order status "completed"

    If you have more than one email please check the order history with each one

    (Feel free to share an screenshot , but please conceal personal information including the full order number. Here in the forums is not possible to check your account info directly)

    May I know if you tried power cycling your console and re-adding your profile to see if that helps?

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

    3. Plug the console power cable back in.

    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

    If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Microsoft support to see what's going on

    If necessary they should be able to re-link the vault edition license to your account
