Call of duty MW2 not playable

So in our house we have 3 xbox... we have xbox one , xbox one x and xbox series x . On xbox one x and series X the cod mw2 disc does not even read, not working. On xbox one we got it to download and install but it gets stuck on "press A to start" screen. Any solutions yet ? And yes we have tried reboots and resets and reinstalls on all of them.

Uninstall and re-installed the game

Used different network/internet

Clear saved data -

1. On Home, select My games & apps.
   
2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
   
3. Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete.
   

Try use a different profile and test game
