Call of duty mw 2019 campaign won't work on xbox

In your games list, focus on a game, press the Menu button  on your controller, select Manage game and add-ons, select the game box in the upper right corner of the screen, then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This will show a list of items including the base game and any available add-ons or game features. Select the checkbox for each item you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.

What pack do I need to play the game? Select only this packs please

Data Pack 1

Campaign Pack 1

Campaign Pack 2 .

Multiplayer Pack .

If that doesn't work uninstall the game please and log in this site with the account that made the purchase and press on the install to button, it will start the download on your console off all the needed content for the game

This is how COD MW works, unfortunately there is no way of going back to season 1 as of now. Activision is explaining their progression and ranking system (including seasons) here
