select the game and on the controller press the 3 line button

Select manage game & add ons

Look under ready to install

Can you give use more info? Any error messages, does the game crash or freeze? The more info the better. You might also be able to find out what it wrong by visiting the Call of Duty website

Hello,

You will need to visit this page here and fill out that form. That's currently the only way of being
able to reset your Call of Duty 4 stats so you're able to play online again. Someone from Activision would need to reset it for you after you've filled that form out.

Sounds like he's been in a modded lobby & been given a negative rank.

There's nothing Microsoft can do,your only option is to contact the games developer but as it's an old game there may not be much support for it.

The original Modern Warfare game (Call of Duty 4) is easily the best for me.

Best campaign, score and a multiplayer mode that has literally revolutionised modern day FPS'.
