Call of Duty Modern Warfare Season One Disappeared

Hello,

I purchased the game on disc. Installed Season one (S1) and all add-ons without issue. I was making good progress through S1 Campaign offline over several weeks. After a session along the way, I save and shutdown. Upon return to the game I find S1 was gone
and Xbox One was downloading Season Two. I let the install finish, then started the game to find S2 locked, I assume because the S1 Campaign wasn't finished. I can't find a way to reload S1. I've deleted S2 several times in attempt to reload S1, but every
time S2 queues to load automatically. I'd like to reload S1 with ability to continue from my saved progress, but S1 doesn't show up in Ready to Install or under Manage Game & Add-ons. Has anyone seen this issue and know how to resolve? This is so frustrating,
any help is most appreciated.

This is how COD MW works, unfortunately there is no way of going back to season 1 as of now. Activision is explaining their progression and ranking system (including seasons) here

Thank you so much for that and do you have the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, installed? If yes, can you please check if you can install the packs for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II from there?

Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

Make sure that these packs are installed:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 1

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 2

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 3

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 4

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 5

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 6

Call of Duty Modern Warfare is a good game this year, I cant wait for the DLC to drop and the first season to start

Why would they call it Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 if there is a call of duty 4: modern warfare?
