    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare purchase removed from my XBox Account


    Hi,

    I no longer see in my game library or in the Vanguard view the option to play or launch my copy of COD: Modern Warfare. It was originally purchased and downloaded and played on 2 previous Xbox One and Xbox One S model consoles and I do have record of purchase in my MSFT and PayPal accounts I originally bought the game back in 2019 which included the Operator Enhanced Edition for 99.99 plus tax as a downloadable copy.

    I would either like the game back (of the version I originally purchased) or a refund credited in the amount purchased as I'm no longer able to access it, what's the best way to complete this operation?

    Did you purchase Call of Duty Modern Warfare?

    Call of Duty Warzone is free to download and play with an active Xbox Live subscription. The Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign is not.

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Once confirmed, follow the steps below:

    "Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon."
