It has to stay that way. If you set the home console back as it was before your second son won´t be able to play the game anymore. But if you set up the home console as it is posted here, both of your sons could play any game with their own profiles on
their console.

Background:

Son A (who has game purchase on his account) sets Console B as his home console

Son B (who is using Son A's home console) sets Console A as his home console.

When son A plays the game he is playing on his account licence

When son B is playing the game his is playing on the device licence

Current next step:

It may be worth Son A logging into Console B and seeing if he can play the full game on that console - it may need a update etc to unlock the full game. Once that is done Son B should be able to also play the full game.

We have installed on both machines, bit the second machine will not give full access to the game, just gives him access as if he is playing the free version.

The son who purchased the game will need to make the other console his home console, and vice versa.

Will it still be accessible when the machines are swapped back?
