    Call of Duty Modern Warfare Download Failing Help


    Hi Guys,

    I recently bought the Xbox Series S and purchased FIFA 22 and Call of Duty Modern Warfare from the store. FIFA 22 downloaded and installed fine and is working as expected.

    However, Call of Duty Modern Warfare seems to fail to complete the download. I have attempted to download it for nearly 2 days now. The initial game is 97.69GB and also has 5 expansions. But it never completes downloading the initial game. It seems to just restart the download when it gets near to completion.

    Anyone know how to get around this issue?

    It's getting very frustrating that I can't play a game I purchased.

    Did you purchase Call of Duty Modern Warfare?

    Call of Duty Warzone is free to download and play with an active Xbox Live subscription. The Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign is not.

    I'm sorry, but this is thee Most misleading piece of advertising I have ever seen.

    On the Store is clearly states

    Call of Duty: Warzone

    Includes:

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Content Pack 4

    When you download it requires campaign download. When you load up Warzone it takes you to an additional download page for Warzone and Modern Warfare II. Yet still requires you to pay.

    Sorry but this needs correcting, at no point, anywhere does it state that all you get is Warzone. Why add, includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II if it doesn't. You need to either change this description to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II - Warzone or your clearly in breach of false advertising.
