This is the Call of Duty Modern Warfare page, make sure you own at least the standard edition if you want to play the Campaign.

the DLCs the game is asking you are:

Modern Warfare® - Campaign Pack 1 And

Modern Warfare® - Campaign Pack 2

which are included in both Standard Edition And Battle Pass Edition.

There are other packs that you may need to install, such as the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Compatibility Data Pack 1 18 GB.

Thanks for the feedback, to play multiplayer you need to have these packs:

Multiplayer pack (1 & 2)

Multiplayer and Special Ops Pack (1 & 2)

Usually MW is included with those packs by default

If it's only showing Caldera, then it sound slike you downloaded the free Warzone rather than purchasing the campaign?
