    I purchase and download the game of my console, all I wanted to do is to play the campaign. but I can't play because it asking me to purchase something else to play with other people all I want is to play the campaign.

    It wont be asking you to purchase anything else, this will be a capability pack that will need to be installed which will start installing when you load up the game.

    These packs are free to install, the game will take you to the store but the purchase is (free) so you aren't actually purchasing anything.

    Best game: Halo: Reach. For the sheer amount of features the game offers as well as support. Worst game: Call of Duty: Modern Wafare 2. For the amount of hackers, modders, and glitchers the game has attracted and lack of support.

    I did a request for a refund and I git the confirmation that ma refund was made. But I didn’t get my money yet

    It was call of duty modern wafare 2
    If the refund was approved then it can now take up to 5-7 business days (or longer depending on your bank or if you had used paypal) before you would see the refund on your banks end.
