Call of Duty Mobile Support

The past CODM support has been very much need of a update, re-structure a total re mapping! The game is advertised on many different emulators that even support in game purchases. The official emulator is grosley under capable compared to its competitors. The need for control of which emulators are used and the need for many others changes. My need is more complex of a very stupid nature that CODM support is incapable of support in its current state.

The deal with Microsoft and Activision isn't really finalised yet. But hopefully they can when it's done

Unfortunately Activision is, and will likely continue to be responsible for Call of Duty support, just like Bethesda has

Until the deal is approved and finalized it is illegal for Microsoft to influence their business in any way. They have to stay at arms length. This is estimated to happen no earlier than Summer 2023

The publisher of a game is always the first best place to help you, because they have the best tools to see what’s going on and internal troubleshooting guides. We, even the paid support people, don’t.

I’ve been waiting for a customer support callback for a likely defective case from cooler master since the spring. I feel your pain sincerely.

I would say your first issue is that you’re running it on an emulator that may not be fully compatible. I would run it on a mobile device, make your purchases, and then open it on your emulator.

Asking, posting, replying and pleading for help goes unanswered at all activision support. CODM is obviously not controlled by activision because Mobile is not listed. Official emulator offers no support, game developers offer no suppport.
