Call of Duty load up

I have recently bought Call Of Duty Cold War and I bought the game online and dounloaded it onto my xbox one after the downloading finished I tried to play the game but when I click a to play it says I need to buy the game. I then click on the game to buy it again and It tells me already bought the game and to click b to go back and play and then the whole process starts over again. What can I do to fix this ?

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

Popped in my call of duty cd and loaded it up. After doing a successful updated and loaded normal, so it is not my xbox.
