    Call of Duty keep disconnecting while playing


    Hi There, For the past few days I am experiencing connection issues while playing Call of Duty Ghost Multiplier. After few minutes in the game I am being disconnected from the Xbox live with the massage ' You must have an active xbox live account to play
    multiplier' , when I press A it goes back to multilayer lobby like nothing happened. This is happening every time I play multiplier I don't get chance to finish any game. I am loyal customer for 7 years and bought Xbox One just week ago.This
    situation is very frustrating and if this will continue for more days I start thinking about swapping it for PS4.

    When I go to Xbox live status it shows that there is a note that Social and gaming limited. Please Help . Is there anything I can do from my side to resolve this issue ( tried to reset all router settings) , if not does anyone know when it will be fixed

    Server Disconnect.

    i have fiber optic connection, and still getting disconnected from online play, but the good thing it seems is its only disconnecting on the call of duty mw3 game while playing online.

    Xbox keep disconnecting from Xbox Live

    Whenever I play Call of duty Ghosts or any other one I keep disconnecting after a little bit and if I dashboard I connect again.

    I've got same problem I've tried everything to sort this out and nothing works I've spoke to two xbox employees and they said there is a major update for social and gaming and it will be fixed as soon as possible

    Thanks for testing that out! Does this happen only while playing Call of Duty online or are you experiencing this with offline games as well? If it''s just while playing online it sounds like it may be a network connection issue. Keep us in the loop :)
