i have paid £39.99 for the season pass.

it says i now own it.

but can not install as it is not in the install list

any one have any ideas?

i can confirm all 1-2-3 solutions have been tryed

and is still the same.i have no problems with other season passes as ive just downloaded sniper elite 4 season pass.so no problems my end.

my guess would be its activions problem,or an xbox one issue,

as other people are having same problems.

i have a ps4 in the same house and season pass downloaded and installed ok.

im getting no error messages only that it says ive own the season pass.but nothing showing up as to download the pass.

1. Double-tap the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.

If there’s an update available, it will be listed at the bottom of the first column in the second button location.

my console is fully updated as im a preview member..

ive checked the season pass again,still not working

ive checked the call of duty website

they have closed the report on the game due to the problem being fixed

it clearly has not been fixed.as more people are coming forward to say the same
