    Call of Duty Gifted from Friend but Now Have Series S


    My friend gifted me Call of Duty Black Ops for the Xbox One, but I recently just got a series S. Is there anyway to get the X|S version of Call of Duty without asking my friend to refund it (if that's even possible since I've already started playing it)
    or paying the completely new price for X|S copy?

    He might be the only person reporting this here, but he's so far from alone. I play backwards compatible Call of Duty games with dozens of people, and they all notice and agree that there is significant input lag when playing any of these games.

    I can confirm that the issue is present on Call of Duty 4, Call of Duty World at War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty Black Ops, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, and Call of Duty Black Ops 2. I can confirm that this issue is present on Xbox One and Xbox Series S. These people collectively can confirm the issue is present across Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. Several of them have purchased an Xbox 360 instead to avoid it.

    I hope this issue can be passed along and resolved at some point. I can deal with it, but I certainly notice it and find it rather annoying.

    Correction: With Call of Duty 4 the series went downhill from there.

    I have always said Cod 2 is the best of the series and still the most balanced and most fun of them all. It's the only one I will still play.

    And thats what made call of duty 2 and 3 some of the best call of duties in the series. Imo i though after call of duty 4,the series just went down from there.
