Hi Don,

When you say it goes back...are you saying it goes to the Home screen?

If so lets reset your Xbox. With the unit on, press and hold the power button on the Xbox One for 8 seconds until it powers down. Disconnect the power supply from the unit. Wait approx. 30 seconds and plug it back in. Reboot the machine and tell us if
that solved your issue.
