    Hello, I recently purchased the Call of Duty: Ghosts Xbox 360 and Xbox One Digital Combo off Amazon.

    This product entitles me to the digital version of COD Ghosts on both Xbox One and 360.

    When I received the code today, I redeemed it on the Xbox Website. I firstly went to my Xbox One to download, as expected the was priced as "free" so I downloaded it successfully. I then went to my Xbox 360 to attempt the download, however the game
    was still full priced and I am not registered to owning the game.

    I was led to believe this product was for both consoles and I have only received it on One console.

    Can anybody help me resolve this situation?

    it will work, if you bought the digital copy from the MS market place it will work not sure about any others:

    Call of Duty: Ghosts Xbox 360 and Xbox One Digital Combo not working for 360.

    On the 360 please press the Guide button then scroll left and choose Active Downloads. If the code worked then you will see the game currently attempting to download on the console.

    If it did not then you'll need to contact Amazon for more assistance as they may not have sent you the proper code.

    It is not in the active downloads on the 360. The box the code came in was sealed and had the correct details on the front as said on Amazon. Do you think it could of been because I downloaded it on Xbox One first?

    Make sure there is not a second code on the card. Most of the time with combo cards, there are 2 different codes for each one.

    Yes.

    Your download history will show that you bought the game for the 360 and should charge you the reduced price for the Xbox One. If you're able to buy it digitally in the UK now, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

    Information in regards to this promotion has not been released yet. Activision has not released a list of retailers that will have these dual license digital copies of the game. It also doesn't state that it's US only on their website, it doesn't list where
    that's valid, it just lists the information there. It states "participating retailers" yet all the ones on their website have no idea of such an offer. Leads me to believe that Activision has not made this information available to them just yet.
